What is the deal with these government refund checks?

Has anyone else heard about this? I am wondering if it is still in limbo or if the bill has been ped. I guess they did the same thing like 4 years ago. I heard married couples would get 900 and 300 for each child. non married would get like 300 and 300 for each child.. It has all been hear say so far, and I can't find any info on the internet about it.
