Have you ever reported someone for abuse on this site? If so how do you decide what is and what is not abusiv?

I have had several questions and answers deleted about 5 %!of my answers and 10% of my questions, is that about normal? My general instinct is to bit report anything, but after u get reported, I usually go nuts and look for a few people who say racist hatefull things and report them, is that petty? I get reported because I think Obama is anti Jew, a statist and his supporters are statist or drones I don't know why that is offensive to so many people. Can't we all jus get along?
