How to transfer money from savin card to somone's credit card?charged or free?

i have to pay off rent but my landlord wasnt in so have to transfer money 2 his credit card.i dont have credit card but savin card (ANZ),his credit card is Commonwealth.in the transaction the bank will charge fee? cheers guys
