Im 15 and pregnant, can I qualify for any benefits or am i too young?

I just turned 15 less than a week ago and found out that im pregnant this morning, I was wondering if I am too young to get my own food stamps or WIC in the state of Washington. Or possibly prenatal care? My boyfriend, (the father,) is 16, and he lives in Orgeon, can he get benefits as well?
