My daughter's girlfriend is disrespectful to me and to my daughter?

My daughter(17) is dating girl(16) who is rude. They have been caught "messing around" in my bed, downstairs-in front of young children. Yesterday my daughter was sucking her finger at table while they read, I said stop, she pulls her mouth away long enough to ask why..I threw water at them. I told her she needs to respect me-so she gave back the extra cell phone that I pay for that she was using. If they get into trouble for things, this girl will cut her wrist in front of my daughter. She is bad news, she is a drop out, who manipulates and controls my daughter. My daughter has lost most of her friends because of this girl, because this girl doesnt like them. Me and my daughter used to be real close, but now, she wont even talk to me. For the last couple months it is what the girl wants, she wont go to store with me, but a minute later she is going to store with her-she only lives 2 doors down. Neighbors are complaining about them making out and outside, where kids play.Help
