My first love?

I went out with this guy for 2 years when I was still in High school then we broke up for kiddish reasons. I am meeting him soon and I can't believe that I am anxious to see him again.... I wouldn't mind marrying him but I do not really know what he has been up to in the last 10years....how can I rekindle the love we had back then, and maybe end up marrying him? he makes me tick!
