Uncircised Condom Problems?

I have a problem putting on condoms, if I try the way you're supposed to the condom can't make it ped the head, and if I do the way you're not supposed to put having the foreskin cover the head then putting on condom it only makes it about half way through, I've tried two different brands already, Trojan and Gents, can anyone help?
