Can anyone recommend a book which shows the transition from Communism/Socialism to PC/"liberalism"?

Well, a nation of liberals is at the mercy of other nations.Always has been, always will be.Its their nature to downplay aults upon themselves.Yet, their nature also requires bitching about mini-issues and stupid items.Like global warming, heck, you cant change it, why burn fuel and energy trying?
