Having a baby in an Army hospital?

Sorry, I've never had good experience in Army hospitals (I was in the Army). Actually, when I had to have surgeries done or some dental work I requested (more demanded) to get them done at a Navy hospital (they're a lot nicer, trust me) so if there's anyway that you can get to one I suggest going there because they have a bigger medical field.
