I have a bad temper and I'm under a lot of stress lately. I talked to my friend about it and he was afraid that he was going to lose me to...something. So I was doing some research, but I'm too lazy to look too much right now. I'm afraid that someday soon I'd put some kid in my school in a coma, or at least the hospital. I want to find a way to help me get rid of all my anger (And a good way, not just screaming into a pillow), and with going to the doctor as a last resort.
