Why does Marion County, Indiana Prosecutor' laugh at 911 tape of woman being beaten?

Many pleads and begging for help at the Prosecutor’s Office were made, in person many times, phone calls, black and white evidence handed, 911 calls, and letters, to no avail, as Myron Hockman, Community Prosecutor, Linda Majors, Stacy Hawk, Lisa Borges, then Chief of Staff for Prosecutor' Office, (now a judge) refused to care, listen or act. Myron Hockman, Brizzi' staff prosecutor, laughed at the 911 tape of the mother being battered, as well as ordered a 'Hands Off" which prevented the victims to be protected from continued abuse, harment, and vandalism. The courts refused to serve a protective order filed by an attorney, as Mark Renner knew of the filing being hidden, never served. What is funny about a woman being beaten, pleading for help?
