Am I going in to labor?

Hello everyone I'm 39 weeks and 6 days today I had diarreah earlier today but it when away I felt asleep and when I woke up I felt wet when I check my underwear was a lil damped with a clear fluid but no blood only when I wiped I noticed vey light pink on the toilet paper also I have been having what I think are BH contraccions every 5 minutes they are not that painfull is more like pressure....Am I going in to labor please help ( I already called the doc she said to go in if the contraccions come every 5 minutes or if I start bleeding bright red but the contraccions don't feel painfull just feel pressure ) please help
