Will there be a carbon tax on cats dogs and other pets?

It's time for us to push back. I think we're taking the whole environmental thing way too far. A human being has far more impact than any animal, but no one is suggesting we start to control the population yet. What about these people that have tons of children? 2 or 3 kids isn't the norm anymore. Why not start there? Carbon tax for kids perhaps? I think it's just all to the point of being ridiculous. Of course there is global warming. Has been since the Ice Age. If it wasn't, we'd still be covered in ice!
