Is it true? When ur pregnant and u lift ur arms.....?

Is it true? Wen ur pregnant and u lift ur arms over ur head after 3 months along (im 6 almost 7) that the babys umbilical card will or can wrap around its neck? I know it sounds stupid but a friend told me this and i thought no way but its just wanna know type of a thing. Oh and is there anything u can do during pregnancy that could cause this? Just a curious first time mommy :) My 1st baby so excited :)and scared out of my mind :(
