Is there a better deal on parking near the World Cruise Center in San Pedro than the Parking Concepts lots?

you can stay at the best western, and leave your car there for a fee. but i find that having your car right there worth the extra money. load the bags once and your on your way .. you can be 40 miles down the road by the time you shuttle and reload your bags..
