Premarial in the catholic church?

So there is this girl in my school who went to confession and confessed to the priest that she had with her boyfriend more than once...and the priests exact words were "you are going to hell"! Even though you can say this is one persons (priests) reaction to this confession but this priest represents the teaching and the ways of the catholic church...murders can be forgiven...molesters can be forgiven...and they are not to be considered "bad" people they are considered to be people with a sickness or problem. these people have a "excuse"....but a person who has is considered a person without morals and has bad judgment. because to want to have or do it is not immoral or bad is the person you are doing it with loves you and respects you...in the eyes of the church people who have premarital have no excuse....what is your opinion on this...compare and discuss!
