Started eating more carbs and now hungry more often? (have an E. Disorder)?

I don't eat much carbs, but have started eating more of them, like 4 servings a day, due to a nutritionist's concern. I have an eating disorder. 5' 10", 134 lbs., 30 min. cardio 5 x week and weights 4 x week. I've noticed that at night, I try to catch up on my carbs and end up being hungrier than usual and have been eating about 1800 - 1900 cals. instead of the usual 1600-1700. Am I going to gain weight, or is my body just trying to get what it needs?
