Where can I aquire a degree in Theology?

You need to ask your Pastor. The people who answer here will tell you about the places that teach their own denomination. You do not want to be educated in an Baptist University, for example! Ask your pastor, ask your Bishop or call his office and ask the questions that you have asked here. That is the place to start. Also find out where they went to school. If you don't want to tell your pastor of your leanings just ask in a matter of fact way. "Where did you go to school? How was that? What other school are there in our Church? Etc. You could even ask to talk to him/her as an interview. Tell them it is something you are doing for school. Good Luck.
